Custom-built Gatehouses

Our guardmaster glass fibre (GRP) gatehouses and security cabins are manufactured from almost maintenance-free glass fibre with a life expectancy of over 30 years, and can be fully DDA compliant where required.

All of our GRP gatehouses are bespoke, and can be manufactured to any length and width to match your exact specifications, so you’re not restricted to any one size or layout. Alternatively, our design team will work with your general brief to propose a layout and drawings that give you a better idea of the project.

Sturdy Gatehouse Buildings

Our security gatehouses have a flat, level ceiling with no visible structural beams, struts or joist, constructed from fully sealed pods which are seamlessly joined with GRP to eliminate the risk of roof leaks. This eliminates the need for a suspended ceiling and improves roof insulation. The wall panels have a completely GRP encapsulated composite construction incorporating 18mm ply for extra rigidity and PU (polyurethane) foam for insulation.

Gatehouse Interiors

Fibaform gatehouses have a unique layout that can be designed to meet your operating requirements. To ensure they are fit for purpose, we’ll work with you to design the perfect gatehouse interior and produce drawings for you to review.

We can incorporate any layout design and include many options, starting with electrics and lighting, heating and ventilation, and air-conditioning. Doors and windows can be any manufactured to size, and we have a vast choice of colours from the BS4800 or RAL ranges for your gatehouse walls, roof fascias, windows and doors, so you can match corporate colours exactly and give the building an integrated and purpose-built feel.

• Counters with desk areas
• Worktops and counters
• WC and shower rooms
• Half-height partitions
• Cleaners cupboards
• Control panel and CCTV monitor walls
• Pigeon holes and specialised storage areas

Alternatively, we can supply buildings with no interior fit-out, allowing you to utilise your own desks or specialised storage systems. Where security is an issue, either GRP anti-vandal shutters, manual or fully motorised shutters can be specified.

Gatehouse delivery and installation

Our GRP gatehouses can be delivered ready-built, and our friendly team are happy to arrange delivery by HIAB vehicle. If we can’t deliver your gatehouse building in one piece due to size, we’ll deliver it in sections and assemble it on-site. 

Our team of installers is CSCS accredited and fully experienced in all aspects of health and safety, providing you peace of mind that your security gatehouse will be installed to first-class standards, typically on the same day as delivery.
